As part of our ongoing effort to cultivate strong leadership, vision, and strategy, Need in Deed is pleased to announce the addition of four new Board members. We proudly welcome:
• Barbara R. Goulart, Assistant Vice President for Project Management at Lincoln Financial Group. A human resources and project management leader with multi-industry experience, Barbara brings excellent leadership, change management, and governance expertise to Need in Deed.
• Eric Kaplan, Chief of Staff at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. Eric brings with him thirty years of professional experience in higher education, as well as stellar leadership credentials and a long-standing commitment to service, with particular expertise in financial aid and education.
• Nancy Lundy, Vice President for Talent Development at Chubb. A seasoned professional in the world of talent management, Nancy supports all talent initiatives in North America: driving a performance culture; managing the talent pipeline; high potential development; early career development; engagement and retention strategies; and executive succession and development. She also serves as a mentor for Women of Tomorrow.
• Alison Hoyle Wallis, a business lawyer who worked in private practice for two international law firms and as an Assistant General Counsel for SunGard Data Systems. Alison is currently involved in business and legal matters as a consultant. With two decades of legal experience, work as a Chief Researcher for the Labour party’s Whip in the United Kingdom’s House of Commons, and a former college athlete, Alison has a strong business background and unique perspective.
